Pat Regan: Government U-TURN on the cards - as Covid mandatory jab plans may soon be ditched

Calls to compensate and reinstate the victims of Tory Government abuse, indecision and appalling mismanagement could soon be in operation, as bumbling health chief Javid may now change despotic plans to make Covid jabs mandatory for NHS staff

If the jab mandate is scrapped, as expected, will Boris say to the thousands of previously sacked care workers...

‘Erm, er, we booted you out, sorry about that, but you can come back now if you want to, erm, please...?’

How many good people have already lost their caring careers, thanks to controversial jab dictatorship?

The entire issue has been a massive human rights (affront to liberty) farce and authoritarian disgrace from the first day. The Covid enforced jab decree would possibly see 80,000 unvaccinated NHS staff booted out in such a Nazi-style move.

So, what about compensation and reinstatement for the poor BRAVE souls in care work, who were booted out of their beloved jobs, because they failed to kowtow to Tory government tyranny?

Many have constantly told the government's well-trained puppets that they are wrong.

Even habitually local loyal Tory politicians have turned against their own leaders, with one small example here.

So, what about care workers who have been already dismissed from their jobs in nursing homes, etc for refusing to get a jab? A legal nightmare of forthcoming extensive damage claims to come perhaps for this knee-jerk reacting, hypocritical, wavering, and idiotic tyrannical government?

And again, on a local level as workers at Southport's Revitalise charity faced the sack…

‘Medieval’ ownership of person’s body

Stephen Jackson, solicitor at Jackson Osborne Employment Lawyers acting on behalf of claimants, has called mandatory vaccination a breach of human rights and has said the new jab rule brings a "medieval" ownership of a person’s body.

Highlighting that the UK has Acts of Parliament and a history of prohibiting mandatory vaccination, Stephen Jackson said: “The Courts have long described the relationship of employer and employee as that of master and servant.

“These regulations attempt to legitimise a system of coercion and to set us back centuries to a time when the master had effective ownership and control over the servant’s body.”

The self-preserving rat's nest within Downing Street does seem likely to ditch its hated policy of sacking frontline NHS and care staff in England who refuse controversial Covid jabs, after nursing and care organisations called for this to happen.

A decision would be made “in the course of the next few days”, according to Simon Clarke, the chief secretary to the Treasury.
