Royalty kept trusting public in the dark over Harry/Meghan's wedding status

Long live our gracious FARCE…or... How to keep the well- trained adoring public in the dark for as long as possible!

The Duke and Duchess revealed they tied the knot early in a secret, private ceremony during their interview with Oprah.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's interview with Oprah Winfrey  has revealed that when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex said "I do" in front of the world, they had already been officially married for three days.

Meghan also suggested it was her son Archie Mountbatten-Windsor's "birthright" to be a prince and the judgment not to give him a title went against convention. Clearly, she felt great anxiety over this issue.

She conveyed her outrage at being informed he would not get security and the idea of him "not being safe", and said she wanted him to have the title so he could have police protection. Meghan also indicated that the decision was taken because of Archie's race.

The Race Card

She shared her disappointment at the "idea of the first member of colour in this family, not being titled in the same way that other grandchildren would be". "It's not their right to take it away," she added.

Oprah Winfrey asked in the televised interview: "Do you think it's because of his race? I know that's a loaded question."

Meghan answered: "In those months when I was pregnant, all around this same time, so we (had) the conversation of he won't be given security, he's not going to be given a title. And also concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he's born."

The child was not entitled to be a prince because of regulations set out by King George V more than 100 years ago. Apparently, being a prince or princess does not necessarily mean royals have police protection.

The latest bombshell must come as a great shock to all the doting royalists who waved their little flags at the wedding.

An increasing number of people however believe that true democracy for all will remain an illusion, whilst we continue to support a biased establishment that promotes the mega-costly elitism of one privileged family above all others.

And regarding Meghan’s race claims – well, a few previous utterances by an elderly royal (Philip) could give some credence to her allegations, even though it is not currently thought to be levelled at him:

“It looks as if it was put in by an Indian” (referring to an old-fashioned fuse box in a factory near Edinburgh).

“Still throwing spears?” (question put to an Aboriginal Australian during a visit).

“The Philippines must be half-empty as you’re all here running the NHS” (on meeting a Filipino nurse at Luton and Dunstable Hospital).

“If you stay here much longer you’ll all be slitty-eyed” (to a group of British students during a royal visit to China).
