Labour leader Keir Starmer blurted that the amount of aid reaching Gaza is “completely insufficient” and all parties need to ensure it reaches those in need. Poor old Keir is now in a rather tricky 'damned if he does and damned if he doesn't' sort of position, as his panic-stricken party is tears itself to pieces over the Gaza situation.
Meanwhile, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak reportedly plans to
give £20 million in ‘humanitarian aid’ to support Palestinian civilians.
All sounds pretty good but these seemingly noble declarations raise the question - who controls Gaza and the West Bank?
Well, it seems that Hamas, the Islamic militant group do. The Health Ministry therein is run by Hamas.
Therefore, do these bumbling point-scoring politicians really think aid will be used ‘wisely’ by Hamas (who may ultimately get their claws on it) to help the injured, etc, when a large-scale military invasion is imminent on their doorstep? Currently, it seems that the only things going into Gaza are Israeli tanks.
Will the ancient ethnic hatred Hamas endorse against Israel not ensure that UK aid is ultimately transformed into bombs, guns and missiles?
Has Rishi done his risk assessment 'properly', or is it just a case of him looking good and beneficent in the wider public gaze?
Hamas has been proscribed as a terror group in its entirety in the UK since 2021.The following extract explains a small part of the raging religious fundamentalism behind the deep-seated hatred…
Hamas Covenant 1988
The Covenant of the Islamic Resistance Movement
Extract:
The Prophet, Allah bless him and grant him salvation, has
said:
"The Day of Judgement will not come about until Moslems
fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and
trees. The stones and trees will say O Moslems, O Abdulla, there is a Jew
behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree, (evidently a certain kind
of tree) would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews."
(related by al-Bukhari and Moslem).
For eons humanity had foolishly depended upon these flawed and largely discredited fantasy volumes to promote and endorse personal bias, racism, xenophobia, and malevolence on gullible societies everywhere.
In the name of greater good these divisive and utterly evil
books are even taught to trusting children. Consequently, via the indoctrination
process the wheel of prejudice rolls on and on.
Blind unquestioning belief in a 'hand-me-down' credo of veiled hatred is
converted into allegedly indisputable fact within the conforming fundamentalist
psyche. Soon, the gun replaces the book as doctrinal enforcement of accepted
holy writ (i.e., religious programming) becomes the acceptable norm.
Fundamentalism is the greatest threat to world peace, second
only to the following.
We are all simply brothers and sisters as human beings, yet many have failed to realise this prime fact.
Instead, world leaders just keep ramping
up the divisions that ensure an ‘us against them’ tribalist mind set. Such blind
conformity keeps the flames of war burning brightly.
Relying on old manmade holy books to discover true peace is
like poking your finger into a wasps’ nest.
Peace is accessible, yet first it must be found ‘within’ ourselves!
Meanwhile – The Perils of Poking Fundamentalists...
Some years ago, the Ayatollah Khomeini, the Supreme Leader of Iran, issued a fatwa calling for the killing of the novelist Salman Rushdie, whose book “The Satanic Verses” Khomeini proclaimed blasphemous.

Addendum:
Just as I mentioned above regarding where outside aid may end up,,,,,
'The New York Times backs up Israel’s assertion that Hamas is stockpiling food and fuel in the Gaza Strip, keeping it from residents who are in desperate need. Arab and Western officials tell the outlet that the terror group has amassed stores in its vast network of tunnels.
Hamas has hundreds of thousands of gallons of fuel for vehicles and rockets; caches of ammunition, explosives and materials to make more; and stockpiles of food, water and medicine,” the report says, citing the unnamed officials.
A senior Lebanese official tells the newspaper that Hamas has enough supplies for the terror group to sustain fighting for three to four months without a need for resupply.'

Not a lot of love and tolerance at the top either....
Hamas leader, Fathi Hamad stated in 2019:
"You should attack every Jew possible in all the world and kill them".
