The Devil God’s Best Friend

Prejudice, conformity and fear

Prejudice starts very simply with blind conformity. Conformity towards any rigidly held ideal means that acceptance of others, who fail to share the same ideal recognised by the rest of the flock, is highly unlikely.

Levels of such herd conformity range from rival streets gangs to superpowers threatening each other with total annihilation. Conformity to an ideal is also at times based on insecurity, ignorance and fear; fear of the Black man; fear of the White man fear of the Heathen, etc.  History is full of such examples of bias.

Conformity presents a type of psychic shield against the apprehension of facing life alone for many.

Frightened little fish shoal together against the fear of the larger predator! Chest-puffing youths flock together in secret trepidation of other gangs of the same, or a more aggressive adult. Some of the more pious church flock make respectful genuflections against the rest of the non-believing world. However, behind the scenes, they tell their converted brethren that profaners (i.e. freethinkers who dare to question their convictions) are on a one-way ticket to Hell!

Fear often results in conformity and conformity leads to discrimination! It’s that simple!

In essence, we are talking about inherent tribalism and personal intolerance that is cunningly instilled then cultivated in us, by the self-seeking powers that be, from birth. Consider also the hugely effective Christian mind-control technique of everyone being ‘born’ a sinner. So what exactly is the Church’s restrictive choice?

1. Eternal damnation for your lovely little (unbaptised) new-born baby

2. Get with the traditional ecclesiastical program and baptise baby pronto into the Jesus club, to be 'saved'; saved being a term used that really means - indoctrinated into a life of successful mind-manipulation to keep the Church hierarchy in a job.

That, of course, is no choice at all, although billions have swallowed this fear-based, religious subterfuge hook, line and sinker over the centuries.

Politicians and sanctimonious religious leaders are expert at cultivating subconscious fears in the populace, against anyone who is perceived to be just that little bit different.

FUNDAMENTALISM HAS BEEN SCREWING WITH OUR HEADS FOR CENTURIES - IN ORDER TO KEEP ITS MIND-CONTROL MONOPOLY ON US ALL!

On a global cultural scale, West or East – both look to the other side as the eternal Satan.  Old Satan has been the best friend the Church has ever had!

Christianity would not be where it is today without the constant assistance of a perceived satanic figure. The Devil has kept the Church in business for centuries, because without him as the bad guy/ scapegoat figure who else are they going to blame for life’s manifold disasters?

The Satan image has been cleverly cultivated by shrewd religious activists as the ‘Evil one,’ who has nothing better to do all day than create misery, stress and disaster, with Jesus as the white-light tonic to cure the ailment.

So the eternal pantomime goes on…

In the red corner, we have Jesus, (hooray) the mythical white-robed figure allegedly campaigning (like a smiling Miss World contestant) for world peace and ultimate good. In the blue corner, we have Satan (boo hiss), the nasty lad who everyone wants to throw rotten tomatoes at.  Basically, folks that is ‘it’ in a nutshell and we like to call ourselves an educated, superior, species?

All the centuries of ecclesiastical baloney, misleading theocratic claptrap and doctrinal sleight- of-hand spouted out by the power-hungry Church masters disguises this central truism.

If Jesus Christ had sincerely ever existed, then today he would be laughing his sandals off at the collective absurdity done in his name by the naïve fools that claim to worship him. Such childlike, dualistic dross has today outlived any dubious effectiveness it may once have possessed.

The early Church simply had to create a satanic bogeyman, because its allegedly ‘ALL POWERFUL’ Jesus figure could not have been expected to take the blame for all of life’s disasters, obscenities and mishaps.

Fundamentalists still of course squeal about hell and damnation for the ‘Nonbeliever’ but their fires of ambiguous propaganda are burning low. Their discreditable assertions for biblical conviction have been exposed as absolute nonsense in many areas. Their comical claims for a genuine historical existence concerning their alleged Jesus figure have been shown to be based only on hand-me-down, Dark Age Church half-truths, discredited testimonies and distorted texts from other cherry-picked sources. Their supposed ‘Gospel truths’ have been shown to be nothing of the sort, no matter how hard their highly vocal apologists try the claim otherwise.

Humanity has been sorely misled for 2000 years and it's high time it woke up from this Church-induced slumber!  Nevertheless, in the dangerously unstable societies of today, we need to guard against herd instinct and blind fundamentalist conformity now more than ever. The stakes of ‘not’ keeping an open mind are high and may cost us all very dearly.

A few examples spring to mind such as the Christian fanatic Anders Behring Breivik’s massacre in Norway. http://saff.nfshost.com/norway.htm

The Norwegian Christian extremist had set himself up for martyrdom in what he hoped would be a tipping point in a new Crusade against Islam and the 'ungodly' socialists who he had believed  'ruined' his country.

Furthermore, questions have now been asked regarding whether authorities have been so absorbed with Islamic fanaticism that they've failed to grasp another deadly threat, the rise of far-right white supremacists. The latest example was the recent Christchurch mosque shootings in New Zealand, last March, which killed 50 people and injured 50 others.

Remember also that Hitler openly appealed to Christianity on a regular basis (just like modern politicians do) and this was largely why he was so popular. He often proclaimed his own Christianity, how much he cherished Christianity, how significant Christianity was to his life, and even how much he was personally inspired by Jesus - his 'Lord and Saviour.'  Hitler made numerous speeches declaring his passionate Christian faith.

Highly divisive books like the Quran and Bible are chock full of incitements to hate, death, prejudice and brutality towards ‘anyone’ who the authors deemed to be decadent (or not fundamentalist enough) in any way.  These instructions are picked up upon and used by the ‘Faithful’ in very much the same way that the followers of Hitler utilised his book, ‘Mein Kampf’, to enforce their radical worldview upon anyone they happened to disagree with.

The very same negative energies that are today burning US flags and hurling petrol bombs at police are virtually identical to the forces that created ‘Kristallnacht’. When one group feels insulted enough it frequently takes to arms and the fires of intolerance grow brighter.

Be mindful that self-righteous fundamentalists (of any kind) can never, because of prior indoctrination, accept any level of forthright logical criticism. To accept such reproach would seriously jeopardise his/her faith. Moreover, in the fundamentalism’s eyes by simply criticising his blind faith you conveniently become the agent of Satan, to be either opposed or converted!

Fundamentalism, in all its religious or political forms, is a plague on societies everywhere and the enemy of free speech. It all starts with subconsciously indoctrinated allegiance to a questionable and ultimately lethal ideal.

Today now more than ever, we must be vigilant to the signs of extremist developments in our societies. It often starts subtly right under our noses and is by no means limited to any madman with a gun or suicide vest.

Many groups that are initially perceived as righteous campaigners for the common good end up being the curse of society. The sinister aspect of unyielding fundamentalism is never far away and it spreads like wildfire. History testifies to this fact so well.

Nevertheless, it must be repeated that when things go pear-shaped for self-righteous fundamentalists the old successful ruse of blaming the Devil always comes into play. It’s never the fault of Jesus and Allah etc when events turn into a disaster, Oh no; the blame has then to be shifted firmly into the department of Satan.  The white light, all-loving, godhead is supposed to be omnipotent (all powerful) yet he conveniently backs off when his children are suffering the many horrors of the world.

War famine and disaster may arrive but it’s always the fault of the lad with the pitchfork and red cape, never anything to do with the almighty and loving God!  So whichever way you look at it, the Devil has always been God’s Best Friend. He's the one who bails the Church out when times grow sour.

For many people, freedom is a carefully crafted illusion that they may never manage to see through. Mind control keeps the public firmly in its place and the old orthodox lies continue to roll along, largely unchallenged.
