Never give up! 

Winner – after being incorrectly informed by the FOS that a PPI policy was NOT a PPI policy I complained some more. The initial adjudicator decision was later changed to one in our favour – it was PPI after all - just like I told them in the 'first' place. I also complained about sub-standard FOS service and won back compensation from them. Moreover, the Ombudsman has just come back in our favour too so a good winner all around! Insurance company (who once had the audacity to send us a bunch of flowers in appeasement and basically said bog off) now has to cough up PPI refund going back to 1998….! 

Motto is: NEVER give up and give them all total Hell until you get a result..!
