A petition to Sefton Council and the Environment Agency in opposition to wildlife habitat destruction at Kew.

 Sefton Council have a duty, as partners in the North Merseyside Biodiversity Action Plan, to ensure that, together we manage our natural heritage more effectively for the benefit of present and future generations, as well as for its own sake. Under wildlife regulations appertaining to legally-protected species the Council also have an obligation to preserve wildlife areas under threat. The abject destruction of Southport countryside at Kew is a crime against nature and must be stopped now.  

I/we the undersigned support SSGB in the campaign to halt this ecological vandalism and object to the continuing Council-approved loss of native Southport countryside and wildlife at Southport Commerce Park, Kew.
